This will allow Z Com to expand unchecked to more and more countries.

If not stopped fast enough, your zombie armies will begin to succumb to decay even if you have all the abilities that prevent this. Z Com will try to decrease and eventually eradicate the number of zombies in the world, starting with the country that they're based in. Z Com will be humanity's greatest protector and the greatest threat against your plague, and, eventually, Z Com will establish a second base in another healthy country, unless the player can destroy the original Z Com base quick enough. Some time after the zombies' grand debut, a certain country that is mostly healthy will form a Z Com base, and humans teamed with Z Com soldiers will defend against your plague. Zombies also do not count toward infected population for the genetic drift factor in Mega-Brutal, ironically making things considerably easier as the cure will cut your costs by removing infections. They can and will overwhelm the world initially. When zombies do appear, the cure will become useless as it cannot affect your zombies, which can continue killing or converting any living humans, augmented by a variety of special abilities to further escalate their destructive potential. To really mix it up and break that pattern for good, why not place the Simian Flu between the Virus and the Fungus? The thing is, while the stealth strategy works well on bacteria and virus, and often on the fungus as well, people's mind tends to settle on one strategy if it works well the third time. The Necroa Virus, with its low cure requirement, forces the player on a constant offensive to empower their zombies while the cure itself advances. The root of the problem is that for the first few plagues, the stealth strategy works very well on Casual and Normal difficulty, so people just stick with it. Your point is definitely fair though - we are still assessing disease order and while we're still in Early Access, things like that can obviously still change depending on player feedback before final release. I've seen a lot of threads (and also my friends) about people having trouble beating Necroa. Our thinking was that a LOT of players would like to experience the zombie mode at all earlier in game rather than having to get right up until the final level to do so - it was hugely popular on mobile and we get a lot of positive feedback on it. What I do not like, however, is the huge difficulty spike at the mid-point of the disease tree caused by this. I do actually like the fact that you included a plague type that kind of requires the player to reconsider their cookie cutter tactics. Necroa is a bit more 'reactive' than the other disease type in that a written strategy might not necessarily guarantee success and you might have to respond more to what's happening in your game with the active abilities etc., but they should help you grasp what to do! Necroa Virus is meant to be a challenge, and to mix up the standard strategies that you normally use - I still struggle with it too to be honest but it's definitely beatable! As Quad X™ says, there are some great guides on here that can help. Necroa on normal is (much) harder than Virus on brutal. At least buff it for normal difficulty, because it sucks major ♥♥♥ right now.
